Our company and Anhui University’s industry-university-research cooperation project “Research on the Preparation and Application Technology of Electronic Grade Sericite Materials” successfully passed the provincial scientific and technological achievement appraisal on October 15, 2011. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the project's technology "has reached the international advanced level."

The project has advanced technology and has become stable after repeated tests. The product has been tested by the Physical and Chemical Testing Institute of the National Non-Metallic Mineral Deep Processing Engineering Technology Research Center to comply with the requirements of the enterprise standard Q/GR004--2011 "Serricite Powder for Electronics and Electrical Industry"; the product is used in FR-4 copper clad plates. After the laboratory of the authoritative organization McLuotech (Changzhou, China), all performance indicators meet the IPC-4101/98 technical standard. Compared with copper clad plates made of electronic grade silicon micropowder, it has the advantages of low hardness, small drilling bit wear and fast drilling speed, and the cost is only about 60% of electronic grade silicon micropowder fillers. Replacing electronic grade silicon micropowder, aluminum hydroxide and other fillers in electronic fields has significant advantages such as cost-effectiveness, good processing performance, energy saving and consumption reduction. In particular, the circuit board industry is a business model of assembly line production and order processing. The improvement of processing capacity will greatly improve the production capacity scale of application companies and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
