In order to further strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in key industries, improve independent innovation capabilities, and promote the development of pillar industries, Chuzhou City decided to establish about 20 "industrial innovation and entrepreneurship projects", each project will select and recruit one leading talent "project leader" and about 4 "project assistants" to form an innovation team, and concentrate on scientific and technological research, new product research and development and scientific and technological achievements transformation. After the review of the project review committee and the approval of the Chuzhou Talent Work Leading Group, the "Chuzhou Sericite Deep Processing and Comprehensive Resource Utilization" project of Chuzhou Grea Mining Co., Ltd. was selected into the plan.

Chuzhou schist-type mica is a national characteristic mineral resource with excellent functionality. Our company has the leading mica deep processing technology advantages in China and is a leading enterprise in wet mica materials in China. Relying on the above resources and technical advantages, this project develops new electronic-grade and cosmetic-grade high-end products to further enhance resource added value; deep processing of tailings to adapt to the application requirements of new wall materials such as silicon calcium boards and realize comprehensive resource utilization; and systematically integrate the existing wet mica production line to carry out corresponding process supporting and parameter optimization.

In order to better carry out scientific research and development work of this project, project leaders are now openly selected from home and abroad. The selection conditions are as follows:

1. Be dedicated to your job, have good professional ethics and team spirit, be healthy, be young and strong, and be able to engage in scientific research on the front line;

2. Have strong scientific and technological innovation capabilities, have presided over major scientific research projects or major construction projects, and their R&D capabilities and scientific research results are recognized by domestic and foreign peers. They should generally have the title of deputy senior or above;

3. Have strong organizational management capabilities, have innovative ideas and strategic thinking for work in this field, and can lead the innovation team to catch up or maintain advanced domestic and international standards;

4. Have strong guidance and cultivate high-level innovation team capabilities.
